We love seeing creativity unfold in our community, and our Art of the Wheel contest is a playful way to bring cheese and art together. Stop by Dolcetto to pick up a Delice de Bourgogne container and turn it into your own unique creation.
Entries must be submitted by February 1st. During Independence Week, February 3rd through 8th, our guests will vote in-store for their favorite piece. The winner will be announced at the end of the day on February 10th and will receive a $50 Dolcetto gift certificate. Did we mention that your art will forever be displayed with the other winners?

Independence Week Celebration
Most businesses celebrate the anniversary of opening their doors. You know us, we like to do things a little differently.
This past fall would have marked 11 years since we first opened as a cheese shop, but it didn’t feel right to celebrate someone else’s story. Instead, we’re celebrating the day we became Dolcetto, Cheese, & Specialty Goods the day we truly became us.
We hope you’ll join us for the celebration. We’ve invited some of our incredible partners to share delicious samples, there will be chances to win a few favorite goodies, and plenty of time to catch up with friends and neighbors. And don’t forget to cast your vote in our Art of the Wheel Contest. The creativity is truly fantastic.
A Guided Cheese Tasting ($50+tax)
Wednesdays—January 21st, February 11th, and March 18th, 6:30 pm
Expand your cheese knowledge with a guided tasting with Lindsay and 16 cheeses. We’ll explore their unique characteristics and histories. Afterward, enjoy a private shopping experience with a 10% discount on any additional purchases. Each date is limited to 12 people max, 3 dates to choose from.

We’re back for Dolcetto’s Gourmet Grilled Cheese Night at the Brewery! 
Join us for a cozy evening of gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches, crafted with locally made bread from Never Forgotten Bakery, rich butter from Ferry Farms, and our finest artisanal cheeses.
Pair it with your favorite brew and enjoy the perfect bite.
Come hungry, bring friends, and let’s make it a melt-worthy night!

– Anyone can stop by the shop during each round to taste and vote for their favorites.
– Each round features a different style of cheese:
- Round 1: March 10–12 – Historic Battles
- Round 2: March 13–15 – Disruptors
- Round 3: March 17–19 – The Purists
- Round 4: March 20–22 – Feisty Fuzzies
