- Anyone can stop by the shop during each round to taste and vote for their favorites.

- Each round features a different style of cheese:

• Round 1: March 10–12 – Historic Battles
• Round 2: March 13–15 – Disruptors
• Round 3: March 17–19 – The Purists
• Round 4: March 20–22 – Feisty Fuzzies
