The top 8 cheeses will be chosen based on their performance. It’s time for the main event! To be part, purchase the Elite 8 March Madness Kit for $65 + tax, which includes:
- A generous portion of all 8 finalists
- Tasting notes on each contender
- A numbered ballot to vote for the champion
Preordered kits can be picked up: March 27-29
Brackets can be submitted in person or via email by April 5 to be counted
The winning cheese will be announced the following week!
